Where can I find more information on what is happening at Q Center during my stay?

You can learn more by downloading the Q Center map or the St. Charles Alliance app from the Android or Apple store.

How do I get to an off-site activity?

Off-Site Excursions with transportation options. Ask what’s happening during your stay or download the St. Charles Alliance app to explore St. Charles.

What is there to do in my down time?

We have fun team outdoor activities, sports courts and fields, plus indoor activities and a 24-hour fitness center all on campus.

What amenities are offered on-site during my stay?

Q Center offers a variety of on-site and off-site experiences to help you relax and experience, including a variety of all-day dining options, 24/7 fitness center, off-site local excursions, and much more.

What if I forget to pack something?

No problem. Your daily travel necessities can be found at Q Market and our business center offers a variety of digital, technology and printing needs. Can’t find what you need on-site? Our nightly local shuttle can take you to popular shopping destinations, including Target and downtown St. Charles.

How will I know where my meeting or event is and what other events I can participate in?

Q Center has signage and directional materials posted throughout the property. Additionally, you will receive a map and a QR code to the property at check-in.

Q Center has team building activities, professional A/V services, comfy guest rooms, dining options, catering, and lots of indoor and outdoor amenities all on a beautiful 95-acre campus.

What size group can you accommodate?

We have hard-to-find event space for 500+ people or accommodations for smaller groups, as well.

Can I customize and still get a corporate events discount?

Sure. Contact your dedicated sales manager for add-ons, perks and available dates.

How do I know what dates with meeting space deals are open?

Check the Q Power Dates calendar for current availability.

Do you offer any meeting spaces special offers?

Yes. Q Power Dates give you all the advantages of Q Center plus exclusive perks and/or discounts.

Can I ship packages to Q Center?

Yes, shipping and delivery services are available at the Q Center business center. Due to local mail services, please be aware that packages arrive at Q Center 1 business day later than the scheduled delivery date on any tracking information. Package pickup fees do apply based on package size and weight starting at $7 per package.

How do I register for my event?

Check with your group for registration details or call us at (630) 377-3100 for more information on registering for your event.

I don't want to rent a car. Do you have a shuttle from the airport?

We can arrange transportation for an individual or group to the airport or any local destination.

I forgot my computer charger and other tech needs. Do you offer any rental services?

Q Center offers a variety of technology equipment through our rental and borrowing program. Visit the business center for more information during your stay.

What is there to do around Q Center?

St. Charles offers a variety of dining, local breweries and wineries, shopping, outdoor recreation, and even sporting events.

Do you have a sample menu I can view?

Can I enjoy a drink during my free time?

Sure – cocktails, craft beers and local wines are available at the Brick Oven Bistro and The Fox during business hours to refresh and unwind.

What if I miss my scheduled meal time?

No worries. You can get something made to order at the Brick Oven Bistro for lunch or dinner. Or grab a snack in one of the refreshment and snack areas during the day near your meeting space.

I am allergic to certain foods. What can I do?

That’s OK. We offer custom meal options for those with dietary restrictions. Let us know and we will work to accommodate your needs.

Is there space to conduct business?

Yes – each guest room has an ergonomic workstation with high-speed Internet. We also have an on-site business center with printing and mailing services, and wireless Internet through the entire property.

What types of accommodations do you offer?

We have three accommodation options, including stateroom-style single rooms to large, comfortable suites. Consult with your group regarding accommodation options reserved for you.
